		<description>Oh, this term was one of my former church elder's slogan. Since he is the head of the church, he does regards himself as the shepherd looking ofter us (sheeps), which is correct because the Bible says so. I like your last question, I think it's the problem with having a big church where there're too many people to even take notice. But there's also some pastor who are showing too much concern until the member felt he's too busy-body to mind their own business. So, where do we draw the line from not being over concern to being concern because he is the pastor trying to be a good shepherd to his sheep?</description>
