Since he is the head of the church, he does regards himself as the shepherd looking ofter us (sheeps), which is correct because the Bible says so. I like your last question, I think it's the problem with having a big church where there're too many people to even take notice. But there's also some pastor who are showing too much concern until the member felt he's too busy-body to mind their own business. So, where do we draw the line from not being over concern to being concern because he is the pastor trying to be a good shepherd to his sheep?
