Fasting to Loose Weight
One of the ways to loose weight is by fasting. This is how I fast; I still drink water but I will skip lunch. This will only work if you don’t overeat your breakfast and dinner. Oh ya! No supper please. Besides loosing weight, fasting is also a way of detoxing your body. In order for this to happen, you must drink a lot of water.
If you cannot live with only 2 meals a day and lazy to exercise, there is always the diet pill option; Fastin. Sounds almost the same as fasting eh. ![]()
