Online Backup for Blogs

I almost got a heart attack when my blogs was suspended for more than 2 days. I was so worried that all my post in my children’s blog are gone for good. All the years of journalling their life history from the moment I conceived them to the day they start schooling and I hope to continue to the day they have their own child. I must start to back up my blogs so that I don’t have to worry anymore if my blogs got suspended again. Is there any online backup for blogs?

Arggh! Pimples.

I spotted another pimple on my face today. I thought they have left me for good. I used to have lots of them when I was still in school; only when I was in Upper 6 that I went to seek for the best acne treatment to help my face. Because by then I have some money from working part-time during the school holidays. If only my parents have some extra money before it got worst, I won’t have this moon surface face. :(

What is AED

According to Wikipedia, AED is Automated External Defibrillator which is a portable electronic device that automatically diagnoses the potentially life threatening cardiac arrhythmias; the heart beating too slow or too fast. AED is also able to treat them through defibrillation, the application of electrical therapy which stops the arrhythmia, allowing the heart to reestablish an effective rhythm.

My dad has heart problem; sometime his heart beats too slow and irregular but not to the extend that he needs a Philips AED and I hope he does not need to have one as long as he lives.

Waja with Rear Spoiler

Our cars have been giving us problem many times this week. There is one day, both cars cannot start and my children and I was stranded at home with no food on the table. You see, almost everyday, I go to my mom’s either for lunch or dinner. So we ended up eating fried eggs for lunch and dinner; the quickest food I can prepare with a baby crying for attention all the time when he is awake.

Since then hubby has been looking around for good used car and he saw one Waja with nice rear spoiler selling at only 30k but the car is in Ipoh. Since then he is still looking around for affordable used car for a family of 6.

Exam Tables

If you are thinking of the tables that we used to take our examination when we were in school, it is not it. I am talking about the medical exam tables when you can see when you visit the clinic or hospital. I have been on the exam table many times in my life and they all ended up with me suffering more pain after leaving the table. I never want to lie down on one anymore but I have too; I need to visit the dentist soon. Can’t remember when was the last time I did that.

Where is Brownie

I have not seen Brownie for 3 days already. On Wednesday, I prepared a very delicious food (boiled chicken parts and skins with Soy Sauce) for him plus pet supplements but the food is left untouched. Not only Brownie, I did not see Spotty either. Where are they? I am a lil bit worried that they have been killed in a road accident like one of their siblings. :( Now our left-over will just go to the rubbish bin instead of the dogs. What a waste!

Why Wife Nags

Why do you think that we, the wife have to repeat what we asked/requested again and again? To the extend that the men call it “nagging”.

It is because men does not listen and do. That is why we have to keep on reminding and asking.

Men! Always blame the women. :P

A Dog Called Brownie

For almost a month we are without any pet dog after he died of road accident. When there is no dog around, the left over food is wasted being thrown to the rubbish pit. So I started feeding 2 stray puppies; one is brown in colour and another is white with black spots. Brownie decided to hang around this house more often. The thing is with puppies, they like to bite shoes. When there is no puppies around the house, our shoes are saved to be put outside the house. Now, the moment you leave your shoe, they come and snatch it away to play with. Besides shoes, they have bitten the dog ramps, my trampoline and sit up chair. :(

Email Archiving Service

Those days we have filing services, now we have email archiving services. When I was working, the task I dreaded most is to do filing. When I first started working in an office, I have to do it as to get familiar with all the filing system so that I know where to find certain documents when needed. Once I got familiar with all the files in the file room, I pushed the task to my clerks. ;) After a few years, I have to depend on my clerks to help me look for certain documents. If email, it will be much easier because you have the search box; just type the file name that you want and a list will appear. So easy.

One Hundred Pounds

100 pounds is my current weight before I put in any food in my body! Besides breastfeeding which is the best fat burners, I think stress is making me reduce weight further. This is because when I tense up, my heart beats faster, my temperature rises and my gastric juice is being release which leads to higher metabolism rate and higher acidity level in the body. Thank God I did not experience any gastric attack. The reasons to all this is having to keep the house I am staying in order, to put food on the table for my children, minding 3 preschoolers and a 5mom baby that hardly naps but wants to be carried all the time.

I prayed for patience, God gave me all of the above. ;)

Blog Suspended

This is the first time my blogs have been suspended for 4 days in a row. This time, it has nothing to do with my plugins because this happened to all the website under this same webhosting company. Don’t ask which webhosting company; a good friend of mine is hosting all my blogs. :D

PTL! They are up and alive now. I shall start ranting here again. ;)

Big and Flabby Tummy

Every part of my body shrunk but not my tummy! :( I want a flat tummy too!!! I wonder whether running on one of those treadmills that have the obstacle course will help flatten my tummy. I can’t do crunches yet due to the cut on my bikini line. Hmm…I wonder whether I can run or not! I have not been running every since I had miscarriage 7 years ago. What other ways of getting flat tummy arh?

Moving To Another Estate

My eldest BIL is shifting again. He is an Estate Manager of a Palm Oil Plantation so, he moves a lot! This time he is moving to Batu Pahat. Further away from us; at least not as far as before in which he and his family was in Sabah. They are very busy right now, packing and discarding unwanted stuff because they are provided with limited space in the mover unlike moving companies San Francisco. We won’t be meeting them so often and my children will surely miss their kor-kors and cousin. They like them very much; maybe we are of the same faith. ;) Well, at least we will have a chance to visit Batu Pahat. If not, I doubt we will ever go there.

Foot Massage

Every night my toes will be itching to be massaged. Sometimes they get some massage from hubby, sometimes they don’t. When it is a cold night, my feet will feel so “lenguh” and a good, hard squeeze will definitely take away the “lenguh”. On certain nights when I badly need a foot massage, I will try my very best to stay awake until hubby returns home from work. That will be very very late but it’s worth it. ;)

Nitro and Me

nitro

One of hubby’s dream is to own a big bike; if he can afford it, he would want a Harley. As for now, he has to be content with a Nitro. It is a Malaysian made classic bike. It is a 2nd hand bike which he bought from an owner that has not been using it for almost 3 years! The price is much cheaper than any netbooks. Thank God the owner sent it for servicing before hubby took ownership of it. The cost of servicing is more than RM500! There are still a lot of touch up to be done on that bike and we will do it bit by bit when we have the extra income.

Is Smoking a Sin?

Do you smoke? I know a few Christians that smoke cigarettes and cigars like Drew Estate. Smoking is not a sin but not taking good care of the body that God has entrusted us to does not please God. God has given us this mortal body to do His work on this earth. As a responsible Christian, we should by all means take good care of it so that we can use it to the fullness for His work. Ahem! I am actually telling myself all these because I have been sick quite often recently; not that I smoke. :P It just that so many things happened lately that I have no choice but to stretch myself over its limit. Now everything is almost back in order and I hope and pray that I will regain my health again.

Thinner and More Wrinkles

I have always wanted to be 45kg again. That was my ideal weight. My weight when I was in my early twenties. Now I am at 46.5kg; only 1.5kg to go and I obtained it without any dieting or exercising. Honestly, I am not happy about it because I got this weight due to sickness and stress. I think if I were to examine my face properly, I am sure I have more wrinkles now. I read that hgh supplement can help to slow down or reverse the aging process. But I am not willing to face the side effect of it. It can cause minor joint pain, some fluid retention, high blood pressure and abnormal bone and cartilage growth. I rather have wrinkles on my face than suffer pain throughout my life.
