Those days we have filing services, now we have email archiving services. When I was working, the task I dreaded most is to do filing. When I first started working in an office, I have to do it as to get familiar with all the filing system so that I know where to find certain documents when needed. Once I got familiar with all the files in the file room, I pushed the task to my clerks. After a few years, I have to depend on my clerks to help me look for certain documents. If email, it will be much easier because you have the search box; just type the file name that you want and a list will appear. So easy.
