Worry No More
My eldest girl has started primary school and I hope waking up early and going for dance class would help her lose some weight. She has her daddy’s build and low metabolism rate. Dieting or taking weight loss product itself is not sufficient for them to lose weight. They must exercise and sweat it out. Now I worry less about my girl’s weight so dancing is very tiring. Yesterday was her first class and I was so glad to see that she sweats a lot during the lesson.
