Good Morning World!
Nothing special on my birthday except the kitchen renovation started today which made me woke up early. I only had 6 hours of sleep. I hope I can stay awake during Harry Porter later this afternoon.
Still have no idea what my birthday lunch and dinner will be. Don’t think hubby prepare any surprise birthday gift for me. He does not know what I want and he won’t simply buy me things coz previous experience taught him not too! hahaha.
My children expected me to buy them a gift. I have not thought of what to buy for them. I need to save up to buy textbooks for next years. Not cheap as my soon to be 5yo son will be going to private kindy. His books alone is more than RM700. Two of his sisters will be in primary school and their books’ cost is only 10% of his!
Anyway, Happy Birthday To Me!

I have been on liquid diet for more than 24 hours and base on my tummy condition, I will have to go on liquid diet for another day. I tried a spoon of fried rice and the gastric pain come again. I think the fried rice is too oily. This is the first time I am on liquid diet except the time I was admitted to the hospital due to dengue fever. I am really surprised that I did not feel weak at all with just liquid in my body. Maybe I would need hgh supplement to build my muscle again if I need to go on liquid diet for more than 3 days. hehehe.

When I was in campus, I often got gastric attack due to dieting. Now I will only get gastric attack when I got food poisoning. Yesterday, before going to hubby’s shop, I bought a packet of Chili Fried Bee Hoon with Ayam Masak Merah. That night I purged 3 times followed by a severe gastric attack. I cried at every surge of the attack. It was so painful. I tried drinking some Horlick with Milk but that made it worst, I vomited everything out soon after that. After 2 hours of suffering and bearing the pain, I resort to taking painkiller so that I can have some sleep and hubby too. Hubby got church to attend later that morning and I have www.fatburnerreview.org review to complete. Thank God I managed to sleep till 10am after swallowing 2 Panadols.

One of hubby’s hobbies is collecting unique weapon especially knives. Once he bought a few knives from Ebay, unfortunately they did not go through our custom. So I doubt if I were to buy the above zero tolerance knives, we will get it unless we are willing to drive all the way to KLIA to be interrogated by the custom officers there. Furthermore with hubby’s terrorist mustache (kekeke), he might end up lock up under ISA! So better not take the risk just because of a small knife.

Hubby is willing to let go of his cyber cafe business at RM150k if there is a buyer. Why so expensive, a potential buyer asked. After hubby told him the average daily sales, he just nodded and did not ask further.
Since the sales is good, why sell the business; you may be wondering. We don’t plan to spend the money at Orlando vacations even if we could. It is just that our time is up. Hubby plans to go back into ministry and with a business to manage he can’t do that unless he can get a good and honest manager for his shop.
So, if you know of anyone who would like to buy a CC, let me know ya.

How long does it takes to slim down after giving birth? It varies from one mommy to another mommy and from one pregnancy to another pregnancy. Some can get their pre-pregnancy weight effortless without taking any ephedrine diet pills. Some can only dream of getting their pre-pregnancy weight. As for me, I did not see my pre-pregnancy weight until I gave birth to my 3rd child. And I got my teenage weight after my 4th! Now I wonder what will my weight be after I get my 5th and 6th child!

A welding machine is quite costly (at least to us) but we need to use it to fix the broken chairs at hubby’s shop. So, what hubby did was to share the cost of buying one with one of his brothers. So they take turn to use the welding machine since we don’t have broken chairs every day.
The only item that hubby has not buy is the bifocal safety glasses. It will make his job so much faster with the “magnifying glass”. I wonder whether his brother wanna share to buy this one too.

Next week will be our real long school holiday. I can’t remember what happened during last year’s school holiday. We weren’t at the Outer Banks vacation rentals. I think I was home bound because my No.4 was still under 1yo. So, no vacation for us.
This time, I will surely feel the pressure of this long school break coz my eldest is going to Year 2, my 2nd girl to Year 1 and my firstborn son to kindy next year. Lots of preparation and 3 children at one go is sure gonna send me bonkers!
Don’t think we will be going for any holiday vacation though. I don’t have the energy to do that.

Quite a number of customers have been asking whether we have a coloured photocopier. So, we went to look for price. The xerox machine is affordable but the price of the phaser 8560 is quite costly. One page of mistake will cost us a dollar and the ink has shelf life too. If I am not mistaken, one container can only last for 3 mths. So it is not cost effective to buy a coloured xerox machine for the shop yet.

I really need to start crapping…I mean blogging but my environment is not conducive for me to do so.
My 1.5yo is charging at me every 2 minutes due to being chased by his brother. They keep on slamming the door. My 7yo is playing a toy tambourine while singing Malay Christian song.
The fan is spinning at No. 2 only because hubby is coughing. He is not well due to the cold weather; started coughing again. I am sweating right now.
Looks like I have to wake up early tomorrow morning to blog. I need to blog. I need the income to change the car seat cover. It is torn in every way possible.

God has been good to us. When hubby steps down from full time service four years ago, he decided to take up business. Four years passed by and we have seen God’s faithfulness in taking care of our needs. When hubby was working in the church, he was given the opportunity to preach once in a while. In the new church, God has open up new opportunities for him to preach. Of late, he was asked to preach regularly in the church as the church pastor travels to minister to other churches.
As for me, preaching is not an easy task. It is an honour that every preacher should carry out with great care. And every preacher knows that there he/she needs to put a balance between giving a purely inspirational and a Word based sermon. Sometimes there is a tendency to preach a topic that the listeners would be happy to hear. Heavy topics like Bible Prophecy or last days prophecies are definitely not for the beginners. One has to do a deep study on the subjects to really understand it before preaching it to the congregations.
There are times when I see hubby at loss as to what to preach. But when God has given him the topic, then I can see the excitement in him when he prepares his sermon. May the Holy Spirit speaks and do the convicting to every listener when His Word is preached.

I put up a post on hubby’s apartment 2 years ago for rent as holiday apartment. Thank God after a few months, the apartment has been rented to MMU student on contract basis. I did not want to remove the post because I got many hits from Google search. So, I put up a note in BOLD at the beginning on the post stating the status of apartment as no longer available for rent until a certain date.
However, there are still people leaving comment asking whether the apartment is available at a particular date within the rental contract date. I don’t think they are blind or cannot read English. I think they are just ignorant or not “so clever”.
I get very irritated whenever I see such comment in my email. No need to take Lipofuze also can slim down due to kek-sim-ness!

Men with broad chest will always get a 2nd glance for me. You should take a look at my hubby’s broad chest. It is so sexy and macho! hahaha. Oh ya! That was like 20 years ago.
Now, the broad chest is still there but the muscles are gone and replaced by fats. Thanks to the newly found “toys”; the dumb bells we got from my apartment, hubby is motivated to get this muscles back. He is also reducing his food intake but not yet consider to take nitrix to loose weight faster. Hope he will not give up this time.

Today my girls were not in school because their school observes the All Souls Day. Only Catholic celebrates this day. And only some Catholic schools close on this day. So, I took this opportunity to bring my children out for an outing. The only place that is safe and convenient for me to bring my children age 1.5yo till 7yo is to McD at MP. We were there for 2 hours; they enjoyed their meals and then played till their heart content at the playground. Unfortunately, my 1.5yo had a colon cleanse the moment we arrived home; he purged 2-3 times! I think it is due to eating too much french fries.

Sometime ago, I did blog about how to get rid of blackheads in my Sketches of Life. There are many ways of getting rid of the blackheads. Hubby’s favorite and also the most cost effective way to get rid of blackheads is by using the egg white. Soak a few pieces of facial cotton in the egg white then paste them all over your face. Lie down and rest until the facial cotton dries up then peel. Be amazed at the amount of blackheads being pulled out from your face.

We need to start keeping a log book of the items left in this house by other family member. This is because, a Christmas tree went missing and none of us can remember who took it. All I can remember is, someone took it out from MIL’s room and brought it back but I can’t remember who is that someone. It could be this BIL or that BIL. The owner wants it back but don’t feel nice smsing the 2 “suspects” to ask whether the Christmas tree is with them. Hmmm…I better go check whether my cabin furniture is still in the store room.
